Additional support might be needed for those dogs with complex health concerns or changing requirements. Or for owners who simply prefer extra support.

Follow-up support will be billed at a rate of $40 per half-hour. Please note that email follow-ups can take considerable time, as your dog’s case file must be reviewed to ensure an accurate reply. Typically, half an hour of additional support covers 1-2 email exchanges
